Add padding to blog

Hello,

I recently downloaded this theme SEO WP and my blog pages don’t come out with the padding like in the demo. Here is the demo page i’m trying to replicate https://themeforest.net/item/seo-wp-social-media-and-digital-marketing-agency/full_screen_preview/8012838

Notice that on the 2nd reference the copy is full width and almost bleeding off the page.

Any suggestions?
