Add page title to email message / subject

Hi what are your current settings under Confirmation email message: found in the Advanced tab?

So, I want to customize the admin email message, not the confirmation email message.
I enabled “Enable sender information” in email footer in ADVANCED > ADVANCED EMAIL SETTINGS and in the footer I can see the url.
But I want to customize the message text and I don’t want to show the footer information…
