add page url in kadence form

Hi @petrp

On my test instance I was able to insert the source page url into ‘field input’ as you describe and receive it successfully in my email.

Do you receive any of the information you submit in the form? Could you share a link to the form if possible?

I’m running the following test environment:

• WordPress Core 5.7.2
• Kadence Blocks 2.0.3
• Kadence Theme 1.0.21

hi Mike,
i should probably have mentioned more clearly that I’m looking for a global solution. We have the same form on over 100 pages. We can’t create 100+ forms ??
Some tiny piece of code what triggers the page url in that hidden field.

Ok, I understand what you’re after. I honestly don’t know if the form block could be configured as you describe. I’ll reach out to the developer for his input on how best to address. Great question.

Hi,

You can use {page_title} in the subject input which will give the page title that the form is on.

I’ll put two placeholders for hidden fields in the next update {page_title} and {page_url}

well, that isn’t working. I tried that one before asking, and now again since you confirmed my idea, but all it returns is {page_url} while {page_title} returns empty.

{page_url} works but {page_title} doesn`t work form me.
