Add Pages to Homepage Parallax? Or is it not a true parallax site?

I may be missing this, but how do you add a page to the homepage so that it scrolls, like a true parallax site?

I’m only able to have pages show up as a link on the navbar and it opens in a “new window.”

Help. I’ve read all the documentation and watched the video——but it totally alludes me.Probably something simple that I’m over looking.
Also, once pages are added how do you determine the order of the pages to show on the homepage? Yikes!
