Add Payment Method menu is not visible

Hi,

Thanks for this awesome plugin, I have noticed that if we enable this plugin, Add Payment” menu is no longer visible under My Account section, which can be accessible if we install Stripe Payment Gateway plugin.

Instead of displaying Add Payment menu it shows the following text :
“New payment methods can only be added during checkout. Please contact us if you require assistance.”

I want to display Add Payment details menu, so the user can add Payment details, can you help me to resolve this issue?
