add percentage price service

I am proudly and happily using woocommerce plugin on several websites. On one of them there are few services on sale, each one with it’s price, but there is one more that is an emergency fee that, when is selected, I would like to add a 30% to the others services added in the cart.

example:
you see on the website service 1 to 10, eachone with it’s price in dollars and 2 extra services that have percentage prices (or something like that)

-you add service 1 to the cart (that can be provided in 3-6 days)
-you add service 2 to the cart (that can be provided in 3-6 days)
-you add emergency fee to the cart (so service 1 and 2 will be provided in 24 hours) so the price for the first orice for the first 2 services will be increased by 30%
-you add translation service to the cart (so service 1 and 2 will be in another language), then the services price should increase by 20%
