Add percentage to checkout total

  • Hi, I’d like to be able to add a Insured freight fee of +3% to the order total based on the product value. I tried adding this to the flat rate additional rates table with no luck.

    Insurance | +3% | item

    It seemed to add $3 to the shipping but no the total amount. If the product is $3000, I’d like to have a click-able option that reads
    Insurance shipping:

    When clicked the total would be
    $3090.00
