    Hello,

    I installed the free version of the plugin in hopes that it would work and I could recommend this to all of my web clients. I add “personal account” while logged into Instagram. The account number shows and an access token displays but the username says “Loading…” and there is no image. Seems like it’s stuck connecting. What am I missing?

    Could you please confirm whether you can add a feed and display it on the frontend, regardless of whether the account image has been uploaded?

    Hello, I pasted the shortcode on a page and it gives me this error message:

    Would you kindly provide me with a video of the login process to your account using the tool https://www.loom.com?

    Additionally, could you try clearing the cache of your browser and the website? Sometimes, loading issues can be related to cached data that is outdated or corrupted.

    Lastly, could you confirm if you’re using a personal or business account? This could help us identify if there’s any specific setting that might be contributing to the problem.

    Yes, the issue is resolved. It was server related and had nothing to do with your plugin. Thank you.
