Add Phone Number Column…

    Hello, in the abandon cart page that lists the abandon orders… I am able to click the order and view the phone number…

    However, I would love to see a Phone Number column, with the phone number displayed there…

    I want to call my customers and follow up with them, but I don’t want to open each page…

    Also, it would be cool if there was a way to consolidate abandon orders in to 1 line, rather than multiple lines… That way I don’t manually call the same customer by accident if they have 2 abandon carts, a couple days apart.

    Hi,

    Currently, it is not possible to combine the same user abandoned cart on the same line. If you would like to follow up the customer then you can check the status of the abandoned carts.

    If the cart status is “Abandoned but new cart created after this” then user had changed something in their previous cart and created new cart after that. The latest cart of the users will be created with cart status “Abandoned”.

    Can you please let me know you need to Phone Number column on “Abandoned Orders” page?
