Add Picture from Album in NEXTGEN

  • I’ve got ten galleries in NEXTGEN with about 10 images in each. When I want to add an image to a page using the plugin, it does not give me a choice of which gallery to choose from but instead just lists all 100 or more images. THis would require me to name my images in a unique way among all of the galleries thus defeating the purpose of a gallery. Am I missing a setting or something really obvious?

    Hi skyle: I guess nobody knows what you’re talking about. Or Nextgen is being used by many people because this seems like such an obvious flaw that if no one is coming across it they must not be using it.

    How do you place an image from a specific gallery into a post!!!

    Look at the Add media tab in the write section, there you can choose a single images

    The Add Media tab was not working because my ISP was using PHP4. I had them move my site to a server running PHP5 and it works now.

    strange php4 causes at my homepage no problem
