    Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way for team managers to add players from a front end form like the results reports.

Is it possible to be notified when somebody reports a result? Are you thinking about the possibility of sending the results to the opponent so they accept them?

Thanks in advance! Great job with the plugin!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, we don’t have frontend score submission in the free version. If you are a Pro customer, please get in touch here:
    support.themeboy.com/

There is a code snippet you can use for admin warnings via email whenever there’s a new score, but we can only do that in the Pro channel.

As for adding players and notifying the opponents, unfortunately, we don’t have these options at the moment.

    Thanks!

    Hi Roche,

Thanks for the answer and sorry for my delay.

I would like to ask you one more thing, is there a way to configure the results/outcomes for an event when there are multiple participants? Not just win, loss, draw, I mean 1st position, 2nd position…

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi there

    Thanks for your reply.

Sure, you can do that under SportsPress > Configure > Event outcomes.

You won’t be able to configure them to be automatic though. You’ll need to do that manually.

    Thanks!

    Hi Roch,

I have to configure it like goals in soccer too, or am I wrong? And then use it to calculate the event outcome, what would be the condición?

And with the pro version I could configure them to be automatic?

And one more thing, is there a video to watch how the frontend submission looks like when you are a staff member o team manager?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your reply.

What I mean is that the event outcome assignment won’t be automatic.

For example, let’s say you have from 1st to 10th place, and you order players based on points. When adding the actual outcome (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) you’ll need to manually do that.

When you have just 2 or 3 (for example win/draw/loss) you can simply set the outcome automatically as most goals, least goals, equal goals, for example.

This is the same for free and pro.

As for the frontend score submission, we don’t have a video, but you can read more about it here:

    Thanks!

    Hi again Roch,

    Thanks again for you reply.

Ahh, ok, thank you, I missunderstand it, so the event outcome won’t be authomatic, but I can create an equation for points based on the place, am I wrong? I’m creating a web for an Apex Legends league it is a battle royal like Fortnite.

    Thanks again for everything!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your reply.

That’s correct! So you can create a column for points and add something like:
    1st * 20 + 2nd * 15 + 3rd * 12…

In this case, the first place in an event gets 20 points in the league table, the second gets 15, and so on.

So a user with 2 first places would have 40 points.

    Thanks!
