    I forgot to write. I have installed the WP User Fronted Pro. My WP version is 4.1.1.

    It’s becouse you need to add form id to shortcode. For now avalibility it’s only from code. In next update i will give possibility to add this in options.

    I have found he shortcode and pasted the right one. It works now. Thanks a lot for the nice plugin.
