Add post manually

I was wondering if anyone knew how I can bypass my blog’s admin setup and manually add a post (in myphpadmin perhaps).

I am not able to access my blog’s admin component at the moment and want to tell readers that I’ll be back online soon. The whole sad story and the steps I’ve taken so far are on https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/dashboard-unavailable
