Add post title to the middle of featured image

  • I will like to add the post title to the middle of featured image on the front page when I do a mouse over. Like this site https://www.adamjeppesen.com/
    I have removed the title box that follow the mouse, with removing the
    title=”<?php the_title_attribute(); ?>”
    from the content.php, but how to add the post title to the middle of the featured image?
