fine – then start by reading the provided links;

there is also a description on how to set a posts page in https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page (however, this will just show the posts as the normal front posts page would do; and won’t work for different contents)

if you have more questions, it might help if you can post the name of your theme and ideally a link to your site.

It’s not entirely clear to me what you want. However, I think you are looking for the below. This way you can specify which posts you want the wordpress loop to include by using something like:
<?php query_posts(array('post_type'=>'post', 'additional parameters" => '...')); ?>
If you however have no PHP AND no WordPress experience, you might want to either read up on them or try finding a plugin that does this.

HELP!!! I HAVEN’T POSTED IN NEARLY A YEAR TO MY SITE, NOW I CAN’T FIND THE LOGIN PAGE, I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THEY’VE CHANGED ALL PASSWORDS, THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE, BUT…. I CAN’T ACCESS THE EDITING PAGE FOR MY SITE??? I’M STYMIED THAT I CAN’T CALL ANYONE FOR ASSISTANCE
