Add posts to a page

    I have added blog posts and categories so that I could add feeds to each page that are relevant to that content. For example, this page is about our gin. I would like blog posts categorized as gin recipes to appear. When i add the block for posts, it pull all categories. When I try to select other categories, the menu on the right sidebar only shows ALL.
