Add price based on answers to combination of questions

I’m hoping this plugin will work for what I need – I need to add a custom fee at checkout based on the user’s answer to two questions: location size (in sq/ft) and duration. Is it possible to add custom fields to the checkout and have it add a price based on their answers to those two questions? Thanks in advance!
