Add privacy policy

    Hi guys,
    I need to append a small box below the Mailchimp form for the users to tick in order for them to accept the privacy policy, with the possibility to insert a link to our privacy policy.
    How can i do it?

    Hi Francesca!

    We have a really good solution for this (in my opinion). Check out our plugin EU Opt-In Compliance for MailChimp: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/eu-opt-in-compliance-for-mailchimp/. This plugin is meant to satisfy a specific EU directive, but in the end it’s just a WYSIWYG editor and a checkbox that lives at the bottom of your form. So you can download it, and add your own text and link; it’s really simple.
