    Is it possible to add the publication date of a post to the search results?

    Sure. Relevanssi has nothing to do with it, and doesn’t care. Just adjust your search results template.

    Add something like

    <p>Time posted: <?php the_time(); ?></p>

    to the appropriate spot on your search results template.
