Add Query Parameters on Redirect

    I want to redirect from
    mydomain.com/steve
    to
    mydomain.com/page?user=steve.

    I have tried just about every combination I can think of and everything redirects to mydomain.com/page without the query parameters. I can get it to pass the parameters if they are in the original URL, but they won’t be. Is there any way to get it to redirect to the exact URL as input in the target URL field?

    Putting /page?user=steve in the target URL is all you need.

    @kimberlynorris you may have another redirection that’s getting in your way.

    Do you need this exact redirection, or should it suit any user name?

    Did you turn on any flags, e.g. Regex? The more details you provide, the more help you will get. A screenshot should be good too.

    Thanks for the replies everyone. I found the problem. It’s a conflict with another plugin.
