    That part of the plugin uses JavaScript, so make sure that your browser has JavaScript enabled, and that there aren’t any errors in your browser’s JavaScript console.

    If there are errors, try disabling all your other plugins and switching to one of the default theme, because those kinds of errors are usually caused by a poorly written plugin or theme.
