Add `rel` tag to shortcode

    I’m trying to add a rel tag to Standout CSS3 Buttons shortcodes. Is this possible?

    My goal is to output links like this, for example:

    <a class="cta-button" rel="wp-video-lightbox" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAS1JihlbIw" title="Introducing the Smart Content Hub" target="none">Watch Video</a>

    Obviously, we can just put the HTML in the pages, but would prefer to use the shortcode if it is possible.

    Is there maybe a way to coerce the nofollow parameter into doing what I need?
