Add #respond ID to Disqus comment form

Hi Joel – Nice plugin. Just enabled on my site.

Noticed one quick thing. With #respond with URL doesn’t go to disqus comment

Reproduction steps:
1. Visit https://crunchify.com
2. Click on “Leave a Comment” link which doesn’t have any comment. As you see, it adds #respond in URL. As there is no such ID tag present – nothing happens.
3. Click on “2 Comments” or “3 Comments” – basically the post with comment. Page opens with #comment in URL and direct disqus comment form opens up.

Is there any way to wrap HTML ID tag #respond around disqus comment form to fix this?
