Add Review Stars and Link Next to Product Price

I’m trying to figure out how to place the review stars and a link to the reviews next to the product price. I’m trying to add this to the product pages.
I used photoshop to place the stars and “Reviews (1)” next to the product price. Click here to view my example. I can’t figure out what code needs to be changed/added to make it show up like that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
