Indeed, the “Add” button currently only appends a row to the end of the table. You could however use a small “trick” with the “Insert” button: For that, click the checkbox on the left of the first row of your table. Then, while holding down the “Shift” key, click the “Selected rows: Insert” button. This will insert a row at the top of the table, and because the “Shift” key is held down, the checkbox will remain checked, so that you can immediately click the button again, to add more rows at the top.
