Add Rss Feed to a Page

I was hoping to find a simple method of adding an rss feed to a page,

I am sure there must be an easy way to do it but after searching I could not find one that would work,

I tried the new method of fetch, but it will not parse the PHP, any thoughts on this, thanks, in advance.
