    Hello,

I installed Row Seats (2.16) plugin in WP 3.5.1.
Was able to create an event the calendar that showed correctly on Manage Seats.
However, clicking on ‘Add Seats’ doesn’t go to next page. It just reloads the same page.

I tried it on Chrome, IE and Safari with same results.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin with same results.

    Thanks

I’m not sure what you’re experincing. You mention adding seats, so this means that this issue you’re experiencing is on the back end, but I’m confused as to what you meant by going to the next page.

First, you’ll need to go to Settings page of the plugin and click save, whether you place any info our use the default info. This first step cannot be missed. If after that when you upload your template or the template provided as sample can’t see the chart, then there is another issue that is preventing showing it. Please clarify.

    Thanks for the response.

I did Save the data on Settings Page.

When on Manage Seats page, I am able to see the list of Shows. Under the Actions Column there are three Links

    1) Add Seats
    2) Delete
    3) See the Show

Upon clicking on ‘Add Seats’ I expect it will show me how to upload a template. I don’t see that. It just reloads the Manage Seats page again will List of Show.

Clicking on Delete doesn’t remove the show either. I am ok with that since I can delete the show via Calendar.

Is there a way I can show you what I am experiencing?

    Thanks

When you click on Add Seats, you need to upload the CSV file that you created, then press the Upload button.

As per our discussion, I am posting the warnings, I see on the screen when I activate RowSeats Plugin. I see more of these as I navigate through the Row Seats Menu

That notice is unrelated to your situation. It comes up because it is telling you that some fields are not filled (undefined).

Was a solution found to this issue? I am having the exact same problem. I have the same versions too. Could it be a conflict with the wp and plugin versions?

There are two different issues that the user had, which one in particular are you having? Also, there will be a new update coming up soon. Go to our contact page and we can provide more info.

I am unable to add any seats. It just reloads the same page.
