Add security deposit to my site

Hello,

I am upgrading a spa salon website and have bought a template and customised it.
The owner needs to have deposits when customers make bookings because some of them might not turn up on the appointments so she is losing money. Currently she has phorest booking system this one

where the customer can select a service and book an appointment. I have contacted them and they can’t change buttons or customise somehow the front end in order to allow deposits.
So i am searching for a plugin that would take over after the customer has made a booking using phorest.
I have found so far WooCommerce Deposits-WordPress Partial Payments Plugin
The salon booking system https://www.salonbookingsystem.com/salon-booking-plugin-pricing/ which is the most expensive at 249 euros so that means will replace phorest
and the WooCommerce Booking & Appointment Plugin.
Basically i would prefer a free plugin if anyone knows something that would fulfil this requirement.
So which plugin would you recommend?
