Add settings page submenu to existing Custom Post Type dashboard menu item

I’m experimenting with Titan. It’s awesome.

I’m probably missing something obvious. But I’d like to know how I can use Titan Framework to add a settings page submenu to an existing dashboard menu item for a Custom Post Type.

A hypothetical scenario:

Lets say I’ve created a Custom Post Type. I now have a menu item from the dashboard. I’ve got menu sub-items that letting me ‘view all’ or ‘create new’.

I would now like to create a settings page specifically for this Custom Post Type. How can use Titan Framework to create a settings page, where the settings page is accesssible as a submenu from the dashboard menu item for the CPT?
