• Hi there,

I need to add several keys to the same product. I’m following your indications for this “Enter your serial key, also supports multiline. For example: 4CE0460D0G-4CE0460D1G-4CE0460D2G” but it creates a unique key.

How can I do this? It’s probably something very simple, but I can’t figure out how. Sorry for that.

    Best regards.

    Rubén.

    Hello Rubén,

    Thank you for reaching out.

In the free version of our plugin, each key is treated as unique, and it is not possible to add multiple identical keys to a specific product.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best regards.

    Hi Maruf,

First of all, thank you for your quick reply.

I think I have not explained my issue well.

I don’t want to add multiple identical keys, I want to add several different keys for a specific product (pre-load for example 50 different keys) and when it is purchased, for each unit of that product, customer will receive a unique key once the order is completed.

I have tried separating each code with a hyphen, with a semicolon, each code on a line… but in all cases it has recognized it as a single code.

I need to test that the plugin has everything we need before purchasing the pro version (we will need it to load the codes from csv).

I hope I explained it well.

    Beste regards.

    Rubén.

Thank you for clarifying the scenario.

In the free version, you can add only one key at a time. The key format we mentioned (e.g., 4CE0460D0G-4CE0460D1G-4CE0460D2G) refers to a single key, not multiple separate keys. If you have 50 unique keys, you will need to add them individually, selecting the specific product each time.

Also, please ensure that the “Sell Keys” option is enabled from the Serial Numbers tab of the Edit Product page.
