Add shipping Country field at cart page

Alternatively, if you want a little more than just the country you can update the settings for shipping to display shipping location information on the cart page.

If you look at the first screen image there, you’ll see that you can Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page which allows visitors to input their shipping location.
