Add shipping to manual order

The WooCommerce is responsible for showing shipping options on the edit orders page. If you create a shipping method with a Flexible Shipping plugin it will be visible in the shipping methods list on the edit order page and you will able to select it once manually creating an order.

Right okay, and will the shipping cost be applied to the order if I select it, or will I need to manually enter a shipping price?

This is specifically when creating a manual order from the admin end.

I only ask as the default Woocommerce dehaviour requires we add the shipping price excluding tax everytime we create a manual order, regardless of whether we select a shipping option or not.
I’m looking for a plugin that will automatically update shipping prices based on the table rates set up, when creating and editing manual orders.

The shipping costs need to be added manually as well. Our plugin calculates the shipping costs only for products added to the cart in the front of the shop.
