add site button dont work

  • I’m having an annoying problem with the site manager. It does not allow me to add a new site, if I click on “add site” nothing happens. I already have 16 sites connected and I’ve never had this problem. The only difference is that this new site is on a different server, but I tried to connect another site on my server but nothing happens. Is this a known bug?

    Hi,

    Have you added any security plugin on your WordPress site where you have installed your IWP admin panel?

    I suspect that one of the rules on your .htaccess file is blocking few IWP JS files from loading on your browser.

    Could you please check your browser console for any error messages and send us the screenshot of the error to help at infinitewp dot com so that one of our support guys will assist you further on this matter.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the error message from your browser console. It looks like one of the IWP root files (/IWP root folder/js/jquery.base64.min.js) is not served by your IWP installed server while loading the panel in your browser.

    Could you please remove or rename any .htaccess file on your IWP/WP root folder and try adding the site again. If you still experience the same problem, I kindly request you to write an email to [email protected].

    Ok solved, was a block of security wp plugin on htaccess…but now i have this error message on add site window:

    cURL Error(35): Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to https://www.innovheart.com:443

    I found on other topics that is a problem of cUrl library on the server or similar, you know how to solve?

    Glad that you solved the add site issue on your admin panel.

    For us to understand what is causing the problem while adding the site to your admin panel, I kindly send us the report of the issue by clicking on the failed add site task in question and then click “Report Issue” in the Process Queue / Activity Log.
