WordPress can't load Media

    Hello,

    i have some issue with the Media. I can still upload (images and files) and see them at the Media Site but when i try to attache them to a Site it shows me nothing! The Media is loading but will not load one image…

    This is what i see all the time.

    I setted some Backups up online and offline. With the Backup of the 11.08 everything seems to be fine it work well. With the Backup of the 20.08 the issue is appearing. I tried to reinstall the Core of WordPress, Delete over 3000 Files the backup is down to 5000 Media Files, deactivate all Plugins and nothing seems to work. We did not update wordpress or changed something in the time just uploaded Images into the woocommerce Shop.

  • Are you saying you can reproduce your issue with a newly installed WordPress 4.3 and no activated plugins and the default Twenty Fifteen theme?

    Hey Randy thanks for reply.
    After i switched to the Twenty Fifteen theme its worked again. Seems like i have to contact the Mods of the Enfold Theme.

    You’re very welcome. Do be sure to temporarily deactivate ALL your plugins and then test again with your suspect theme just to rule out any kind of 3rd party plugin issues. Then when you contact your theme’s support you’ll be able to say you reproduced the issue on a near default WordPress install with zero plugins activated. Be sure also to make mention of what operating system(s) and browser(s) you used to reproduce the issue. Plus be sure to always wipe your browser’s cache just to make sure your results will be highly reproducible for the theme maker. ??

    I did all of that and it helped in the End… The issue came from a script in my Function.php. I don’t understand why a script for adding a customfield in the quick edit is breaking my Media Library but i’m happy it is working now.
