Add Site page blank after 4.1 Update

  • I just updated to wordpress 4.1 yesterday, and upgraded my network of about 1300 sites. Now when I go to my add site page, and fill it in, after I click “add site”, my page ending in “network/site-new.php?action=add-site” is a blank white page, and after refreshing says the site already exists. The page does not reload with my visit dashboard and edit links up top. However, the site does get added and is functional, accessible from my list of sites.

    Also, if I delete a site from my list of sites, this page “network/sites.php?action=deleteblog” is also a blank white page. However, the site does get deleted.

    Any insight would be really helpful!

    The white screen of death is *generally* a PHP error.

    Go in to your server and check the log, to see if there’s anything useful there. If you don’t know how, check with your host to see how to get at that log.

    In Multisite, the plugins and themes active on your MAIN site will impact the network, so make sure everything’s upgraded.
