add site title and description in header

  • Hey guys,

    I was told that I should add my site title and description in my header.php file for better SEO. However, I am not exactly sure where to and how to enter it. I am a newbie with messing around with php.
    I am using a child theme of 2014. Below is my header.php file that I have in childtheme
