Add SItemeter to TwentySixteen Theme

    I just cannot figure out how to add Sitemeter to my wordpress blog.

    The blog is : https://technomedium.wordpress.com/

    The theme is TwentySixteen.

    All other threads on this topic are inconclusive, and point to tabs that do not exist (the thread may be 8 years old).

    I don’t know how to go to any .php file.

    What do I do, step by step?
