add social media/share widget to every excerpt

  • Is there a social media plugin that will add the SM icons after every excerpt on the homepage? Or how can I tweak the programming to make this happen?
    The ones I have come across don’t seem to offer this. I’m using the Hickory theme – beta site can be viewed here https://66.147.244.149/~kennamet/
