Add social security number

    Hello,
    Except the name, e-mail and message on the contact form(CF7).
    I must want to enter number of 26 digits consisting.(social security number). And i have to enter the numbers one by one.
    How can I add this line to my contact form?

  • Add a number field, with min:26 max:26 and possibly a placeholder.

    Hello,

    I have the same need but for SIRET number (in France).
    I made that: [number* num_siret min:14 max:14]
    but I always have an alert message, that the number is too big after validation.

    Could you help me to make this field ok ?
