I have checked and tested the code reference you shared in your ticket and those methods are working on my local environment. I am guessing that you are missing something and this is probably the reason why those Custom Code are not working.

I did get help

All I had to do was to cut the “add_action” line, which was in the start, and paste it at the end of the snippet and it works
