thanks for the fast reply! However, our issue here is that there is no metabox displayed in that specific page to change that product tag page.

You are absolutely right. I had a confusion thinking you were referring to setting up a specific product page when you meant a tag page.

Right now the plugin does not support this type of pages in particular categories and tags. The development team has taken into account your proposal and will include it for the next version.
