Add Status on client chat

  • Hello, I am looking for where I can display the status change when an agent makes a status change directly between two client messages. Let me explain, a customer sends us a return for service, we work on the customer return and we would like the status change to be visible to them directly via a message in the chat (like on the admin side). If you have a solution for me, I would be grateful. Best regards.

    You did not understand. I’m trying to make the LOG also visible to the client…

    I am sorry currently we don’t have a feature where a user/support user/client can see the log.
