• It seems like the class for the tooltip is “footnote-tooltip” but any classes I try to apply don’t work at all. Are the tooltips able to be styled?

    Hi,

    It certainly works, as the plugin already hooks into – if you look at the tooltip.js and tooltip.css files, you’ll see it being referenced. It may be that you’re loading in your own changes before these files, so they’re being over-ridden.

    Yeah, I had found those, but even if I change the styles in tooltip.css, I don’t see those styles reflected on the site. I’ve tried changing several of the existing styles in tooltips.css and tooltips.min.css but I don’t see any changes at all.

    Is it “.footnote-tooltip” that controls the styling for the tooltips?

    @dartiss Here’s where I’m testing things: https://nv.vmockup.com/implementation/

    Apologies – I lost track of this conversation. Are you still having issues with this?

    @dartiss Yeah, never figured that out.

    Let me have a play with it and I’ll see if I can work out a solution!
