Add subscription box to mobile theme

  • Im using Jetpack for my “subscribe to my blog box” box. Unfortunately, I cant get it to show up on my blog unless you select leave a comment which takes you to the end of the blog. I wold like to find a way where it appears at the bottom of each post, with the share icons etc… I am using a free WP theme. Is that the issue or can I change this somehow? Thanks.
