Add Suburb to billing & shipping address on order email

Good day,
I have created a “Suburb” field which must be positioned in between the “Apartment” and “Town” fields. This works fine on the checkout page but on the order email, it needs to follow the same order. This new field currently sits between Notes and Addresses instead of being part of the address. Is this possible?
