Add suport to external SMTP/e-mail plugin (API)

    Plugin its great, but – please add support to external sending plugin (external/cloud SMTP service), not only “server/system mail” or SMTP settings at Newsletter plugin settings.

    I want use API calls, not SMTP. API is faster, and:

    I use CloudFlare – mask my real IP from “bad guys”, but when Newsletter plugin send any email they show real server IP (SMTP show, API sendings plugin not).

    So fast… ??

    BIG THX, now at e-mail source I have “Received: by * with HTTP”, and no server IP, and now Newsletter works with external WP-SMTP plugin.
