Add Support for "Add {cpt}"

Awesome work guys.
One thing I’d love to see is support for custom post types in the “Add” drop down. Currently when I type in “Add ” it gives a list of core post types, but it’s be awesome if it also showed all registered post types (just ones with UI enabled).
