Hi, my client wants to show tax (VAT here in South Africa) on the invoice that is generated by your plugin, but she doesn’t want to show VAT on the prices in her WooCommerce shop. i.e. the pricing in her shop would stay exactly the same, but the invoice generated would show the subtotal, the VAT, and the total.

    Is this possible please? Thanks!

Hi! That’s certainly possible – with the Premium Templates extension you can do that very easily via the customizer.

I bought your premium plugin and am now trying to add VAT to the INVOICE ONLY, but under the Customizer tab, it says that VAT is already listed as a field on the invoice.

I think it isn’t showing up because we are not charging VAT in the WooCommerce shop.

My original query was that I wanted to show VAT on the invoice, but not in the shop. Your premium plugin doesn’t look like it can do this. Please advise?

    Hello Michelle,
There’s a difference between showing VAT in the shop and charging VAT. If you want to show VAT on the invoice you will actually need to let WooCommerce calculate this, but that doesn’t also mean it has to be shown in the checkout.

If you send us an email at [email protected] we’ll do our best to help you get this configured correctly.
