Add text after each link?

I’ve got my ‘Yearly Archives’ set up in my sidebar with the years listed: 2013, 2012, 2011 and so on. I’d like it to say ‘2013 News’, ‘2012 News’, ‘2011 News’ and so on. Is this possible?
