Add text (and other stuff) to post page

  • Hi!
    I’d like to add a text to my post page which I’m using as front page.
    Besides I’d like to add social media feed boxes (with the aid of plugins) to this page.
    How can I do this?
    Basically there are only the posts displayed on the post page.

    Btw, I know that you can add a text widget, but in this theme it’s only possible to place it in the home page corner (on the right side). But I’d like to place it wherever I want – on the right/top/left/bottom…
